Subject: Swimming
Content: Are there any swimmers out there? I swam competively from the age of 8 - 18. Now with osteoarthitis in both knees, seems it would be a great time to swim again. I'd like to hear back from anyone who may have info on swimming. I'm new at this, so please bear with me! Thanks! Pam
