Subject: Skate Boarding...
Content: At 56 years old I am about to under take an endevor someone over thirty probably should not attempt!   I am going to learn how to skate board.   My son dared me to learn something new,  and this is what I've chosen.   Now I am not a sedentary person by any means.  I run marathons,  having completed two marathons in the last three months.  I lift weights,  and participate in triathlons.   So I am physically fit.   However,  I have never been up on a skate board.   We are going out this weekend to buy the necessary equipment,  and then it's on to lessons from a professional.   Am I nuts?   Should I actually attempt this???  Is there anyone else out there in their fifties or older who can give me some advice?   Thanks for your thoughts...
