What a week! Just three weeks after being out for a month, I'm back up to six miles on my long run. Only made it to the pool twice this week...3000 and 2750 meter drill workouts were kickass! I think I'm beginning to get my legs back on the bike. 31 miles Tuesday at 19.5 average...pretty windy, but I managed to stay in the draft so all went well. Thursday was an awesome day.
