It's been a week since the St. Patrick's Day rugby tournament in Savannah, Ga., and the hangovers have subsided while the bug bites still linger. Savannah St. Patrick's Day The second largest St. Patrick's Day celebration in the United States is held every year in Savannah, Ga. So is the country's second largest rugby tournament. The 2008 St. Patrick's Day rugby Tournament is March 15th & 16th and the parade this year is on FRIDAY the 14th!
