This is my 60th year of competition. I did well at Orono last Aug. during the Masters Nationals. I'll run 7 events at Spokane this coming August. I train alone  because there's NO ONE ELSE. Sound familiar? I'd like to acquire a cyber coach, either gender. Prior to Spokane Nationals, I'll be running the 200, 400, 800, 1,500, and 5,000 at assorted meets.
