Radio control, electric-powered aircraft

Three Stooges. The cats had perfect timing.

Blues and rock and roll

Any and all. I like bios, Nora Roberts, autobiographies. I've read Son of the Morning Star a dozen times.

US vs USSR, Moscow, 1958, 10,000
America's #1 in 1957 at six miles track AND six miles Cross Country.

In Central Africa, I was the only runner in a 5,000 meter race, 1963

My best racing weight was 117. Now I'm racing at 125-27. Currently, I'm "overweight" at 135 but that's winter fat. I've started a new club. It's the Over 40 Club. When it's over 40 I'll train outside. I have access to a good treadmill and will do that during the winter.

I'm a runner celebrating my 60th anniversary of competition. I did well at Orono Masters Champs last August and I'll run 7 events at Spokane this August. I've had some great coaches: Johnny Morriss, 1932 Olympic Team, Payton Jordan, Stanford, Fred Wilt, Armas Valste, Finland. I train alone, mainly, and I'm interested in acquiring a "cyber" coach, either gender. How about it? Jerry Smartt
